Our Partner Yiannis Timagenis participated in the 24th NAVIGATOR 2025 – The Shipping Decision Makers Forum, held on November 11, 2025. Mr. Timagenis joined virtually the panel “From Oil to Green: Tradition or Transition? – The Decarbonisation Dilemma” contributing valuable insights on the complex legal and regulatory landscape shaping the maritime industry’s green transition.
Under the theme “Shape the Seas: Green, Digital, Human-Centred,” the Forum addressed the most pressing challenges facing the maritime sector. The decarbonisation panel examined how environmental ambition intersects with geopolitical realities, evolving IMO and EU regulations, and the commercial challenges facing the industry as it navigates the transition from traditional fuels to sustainable alternatives.
