Yiannis G. Timagenis attended the Madeira Maritime Week 2023 held in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal between May 15th and 19th, 2023. He participated as a panelist in the Sixth Session of the conference, held on May 17th. The topic of the Sixth Session centered on the transition in the world of shipping due to the continuous movement towards a cleaner and smarter economy. The discussion investigated how European maritime transport can secure sufficient financial resources to remain competitive and attractive for new investments.
