Timagenis Law Firm participated in the 3rd Forum of the E-Themis Association of Greek Lawyers, held at the Zappeion on October 17–18, 2025.
Partner Christos G. Timagenis delivered a presentation on “Shipping Law in Practice,” highlighting the global significance of the Greek shipping industry, key career opportunities in maritime law, and the importance of specialization and multi-jurisdictional legal understanding to effectively handle the cross-border transactions and disputes that define modern maritime practice.
The session was moderated by Professor emeritus Calliope Christakakou–Fotiadi, President of the Hellenic Association of Civil Law Scholars and former Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Following the presentation, an engaging panel discussion took place with legal experts from various fields, allowing the audience to ask questions and gain insights into different areas of legal practice.
Through this contribution, the Firm reaffirmed its commitment to supporting young legal professionals and advancing excellence in maritime law.
