The conference took place in Athens between the 14^th and 16^th of September 2023. Yiannis G. Timagenis and Georgia D. Pappa were members of the Organising Committee. Yiannis G. Timagenis also served as the moderator for the first panel of the Transport Law Seminar on the 15^th of September 2023, focusing on shipping finance.
