For the second consecutive year, Timagenis Law Firm participated in the Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards, held on December 6, 2024. This year, the Firm sponsored the newly introduced award category, “Deal of the Year”.
The inaugural “Deal of the Year” award was given to Star Bulk Carriers for its merger with Eagle Bulk Shipping, creating a shipping leader with a market capitalisation of $2.1 billion and a fleet of 169 vessels, all equipped with scrubbers.
