Giorgos’ practice covers maritime, financial and banking sectors. His main areas of practice include the representation of shipping lenders and shipowning groups in the financing of newbuilding and second hand vessels, the restructuring of ship finance deals and the transfer of loan portfolios, as well as the negotiation and drafting of documentation relating to the sale, purchase and operation of vessels. He also has substantial experience in corporate law transactions, including shareholders’ agreements, public offerings and structuring and restructuring of domestic and overseas corporations.
