The Senior Partner of the Firm, Dr. Gregory J. Timagenis, participated in the 46th Panhellenic Conference organised by the Hellenic Association of Procedure Law under the subject: “Disputes from family, marriage, and living together.” Dr. Timagenis had the honor of chairing the second session of the Conference, held on September 8, 2023, which focused on “Disputes related to alimony and child support, parental responsibility, access, and property matters according to Art. 592 §3 of the Civil Code (trial, interim measures, and enforcement).”
